Church Cottages,

Rusper

Part of a large redevelopment project.

Church cottages, was part of a large redevelopment project Westacre Property Group was a part of in 2015. Found in the heart of Rusper, this collection of terraced cottages dated back to the early 1900's and over the years had found themselves turned into a large nursing home. A large developer acquired the site and carved it up into several lots.

Lloyd & Mike purchased a portion of this site and then went back to planning to create additional dwellings, a newly formed loft space and single storey extension.

Church Cottages, Rusper

Part of a larger redevelopment project.

Church cottages, was part of a large redevelopment project Westacre Property Group was a part of in 2015. Found in the heart of Rusper, Number 1 Church cottages was redeveloped to create a 5 bedroom 4500 sqft country home.

 

This space originally housed the main commercial kitchen, lift shaft, large open planning dining hall.

 

The space was completely transformed to create a stunning family home.

A large redevelopment of commercial offices to residential 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments

Smithbrook Kilns is a large commercial premises site which has been home to a number of retail outlets and commercial office space for the past 40+ years.. In 2016 Westacre Property Group were approached to carry out the redevelopment of this site to provide residential units.  The Westacre Property Group team worked with the site owners to deliver 10+ units, consisting of 1, 2 & 3 bed unique apartments.  Smithbrook 'KILNS' gets its name from its unique history. A former brick kiln, the buildings are truly incredible spaces, not one unit is the same and all boast a wealth of space, quirky features and a truly industrial feel.

The Martin way project got underway in September 2018. Having purchased a semi detached property requiring complete modernisation. Before purchasing the property we had already drawn up the plans to convert this 3 bed house into 2 flats, consisting of a ground floor extension providing 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living,, kitchen, dining area. The first floor flat would become a 2 bed flat with new loft conversion providing a superb master bedroom and ensuite. Due to a very difficult planing department, we had several months of delays and had to lose the loft conversion. However we were still able to reconfigure the first floor to provide 2 bedrooms, a small wet room bathroom and open plan kitchen, living, dining area.
